Do you ever feel tired *and* wired?

Where you’re completely exhausted but still can’t turn your brain off?

This is usually because:

  • You don’t know what to do next; or
  • You lack the energy to do it.

Which often leads to increased cortisol, insomnia, and burnout.

So… what to do about it?

1. Take a big ole’ brain-dump 💩. (Yep, I said it.) 

– Write down everything in your head. 

– Don’t worry about spelling or grammar. 

– Just get those pesky little thoughts out of your head.

2. Turn those ideas into solutions. 

So this: 

– “I don’t know what my customers want! WAH!” 

Becomes this:

– “Ask my 5 best customers what they like most about my service.”

3. Grade each solution on a scale of 1–5.

– How much does this matter? (1 is low; 5 is life-changing)

– How easy is it to do? (1 is hard; 5 is easy)

– Multiply those two numbers.

– Do the highest first.

Ta-Da! 

Like magic, you now have a clear vision for tomorrow.

Do this at the end of your work day.
