Beware “decision fatigue”: Every time you make a decision, you drain your willpower.
How do you reduce your decisions?
Use routines.
For example, your morning routine could be: brush teeth, meditate, write, walk, eat.
Routines don’t require willpower because you do them subconsciously.
And the more you remove decision-making from your daily routines, the more willpower and stamina you’ll have to focus on big, important decisions.
