Sales people are, by FAR, the best resource to improve lead quality. Why? They are the only people who actually TALK to prospects and LISTEN to their problems.
ASK your sales people:
- What are the top 3 objections?
- How do you overcome them? Write down exactly what they say.
- What surprises prospects the most?
- Do you have anything else you’d like to add?
If you don’t have a sales team and talk to your prospects directly, think about these questions.
Then, take this feedback and USE IT in your sales copy on your website.
